Payment
Payment Methods
• Accepted Payment Methods:
PayPal (International, PH), BDO Bank Transfer (PH), GCash and Maya (PH)
• Payment must be made within 24 hours after placing an order.
• For Bank Transfer and E-Wallet transaction, send your proof of payment to clu.artstudio@gmail.com with your Order Number, or reply on the Order Confirmation email.
• Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
Currency
All payments are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Please note that conversion or service charge may apply via PayPal.
Import Tax/Fees
Please be advised that we do not charge tax rates and we are not responsible for any duties/taxes/import fees to your country. This will be at your expense if needed.
Shipping
Local Orders (Philippines)
• Standard Delivery
We ship orders every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
We use Gogo Xpress and/or J&T Express for shipping.
Orders within Metro Manila will arrive within 2-3 days after ship out. Orders for provincial areas will arrive within 4-7 days.
• Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is only applicable for Metro Manila.
We only accept Next Day Delivery orders on weekdays. Weekends are not included.
We will only process your order once payment is confirmed.
You will receive a Pick Up Notice through email once your order is ready, together with our details for booking.
You may book your desired pick up delivery service at your expense.
International Orders (outside the Philippines)
We ship international orders via a local shipping forwarder, MyKartero. Ship out will be done by batch.
We use Elite Trackable shipping for fast and easy tracking of orders. Please note that the fees listed do not include any taxes/additional fees you may need to pay (depending on where you are located).
Estimated delivery time varies per country, usually takes 1-5 weeks. Once we dispatched your order, we will send out an email notice together with your order tracking number. You may track your order here: https://track.asendia.com/track
Cancellation/Return/Refund
Cancellation
Strictly NO cancellations after your order has been processed.
Please be 101% SURE before placing an order.
Return/Refund
We do not accept returns.
We only allow partial refund if you received incomplete items*. We should not be held liable for damaged or lost parcel during shipment.
*Video proof of unboxing from the parcel's pouch until the items is required for request of partial refund.
